Securities
The Securities division offers a full research, sales and execution service to institutional clients across the three key regions: Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Our research model utilises a combination of fundamental sector analysis and the proprietary online, interactive cash flow-based valuation model, Quest™ (www.csquest.com), covering 2,600 companies in 27 countries.
The Company's sector analysts cover 300 stocks across Europe and seek to focus on ideas that challenge conventional thinking rather than providing waterfront coverage.
Capital Markets
Capital Markets comprises Collins Stewart's equity distribution and corporate broking activities within the UK. Collins Stewart's Capital Markets division is, by considerable margin, the leading stockbroker for small/mid-cap equity fundraising in London. A leading fundraiser on London's Alternative Investment Marketing ("AIM") raising £1.9 billion in 2006 in new issues that year representing a market share of 12% in terms of value.
Hawkpoint
Hawkpoint is a leading independent corporate finance advisory firm which advises corporates, financial institutions, private equity houses, governments and quasi-governmental bodies and is active throughout Europe. Their advisory services cover Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Debt, Restructuring and strategic advice.
Wealth Management
Collins Stewart Wealth Management is a leading investment manager and stockbroker in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Geneva with a focus on preserving and growing wealth through excellence, every day. We offer a range of sophisticated investment services for a range of corporate charity and individual clients including portfolio management, stockbroking and investment funds. The group manages and administers in excess of £4bn of assets (£2bn of which is on a discretionary basis) through our international network of offices.
