Hawkpoint is a leading independent corporate finance advisory firm which advises corporates, financial institutions, private equity houses, governments and quasi-governmental bodies and is active throughout Europe. Its advisory services cover Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Debt, Restructuring and strategic advice.
Capital Markets
Collins Stewart is the leading fundraiser on the Alternative Investment Market (AiM) for small/mid-cap equity. In 2006 it advised on 81 transactions including 28 IPOs and raised £1.9bn. The Capital Markets division offers a full service including sales, research, corporate finance and corporate broking. It acts as broker and/or financial adviser to 120 clients and has both the resources and experienced professionals to ensure the highest quality of service.
Securities
The Securities division offers a full research, sales and execution service to over 400 institutional clients across three key regions; Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Collins Stewart Securities is a premier independent European research house. Our research model utilises a combination of fundamental sector analysis and our proprietary online, interactive valuation model, Questâ„¢, which covers 2,600 companies in 27 countries across Europe, North America, Asia and Africa. Our sector analysts cover 300 stocks across Europe and seek to focus on ideas that challenge conventional thinking.

Collins Stewart Wealth Management is a leading investment manager and stockbroker in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Geneva with a focus on preserving and growing wealth through excellence, every day. We offer a range of sophisticated investment services for a range of corporate charity and individual clients including financial planning, portfolio management, stockbroking and investment funds. The group manages and administers in excess of £4bn of assets (£2bn of which is on a discretionary basis) through our international network of offices.
