Collins Stewart boosts Jersey Wealth Management with six new hires
Collins Stewart announces six key appointments to its Wealth Management division in Jersey, confirming its position as the largest investment team and leading stockbroker and portfolio manager in the Channel Islands.
This announcement follows the news earlier this month that Martin Bralsford is to become Chairman of Collins Stewart (CI) Limited. Commenting on the appointments, Grahame Lovett, Chief Executive of Collins Stewart (CI) Limited, said: “These appointments are further evidence of our commitment to the Channel Islands. We already employ over 160 staff in the Islands, 45 of them in Jersey and these new hires reflect our intention to continue to grow our business here".
Ryan Harrison has joined as Senior Portfolio Manager responsible for the Company’s Traditional portfolio management service, working alongside Nigel Cuming, Head of Jersey Portfolio Management, and Francis Clayton.
Richard Pemberton will join as a Fixed Interest Portfolio Manager working with Chris Huelin, Head of Fixed Interest. Richard has over 7 years investment experience.
Lee Morris will join as a Portfolio Manager, working with Glenn Coxon on the Multi- Manager team. Lee has 3 years of experience and joins from Mourant where he was a Senior Hedge Fund Analyst.
Steve Glover and Lawrence Young have joined the Stockbroking desk alongside Harry Vernon and his team. Steve has 15 years experience and was previously at Le Masurier James & Chinn Limited where he was a Director. Lawrence has over 11 years of experience and joins from Mourant & Co.
Niall Hingston will join the portfolio administration desk from UBS where he was Associate Director of Operations and has over 8 years industry experience.
